📋 Description

• • As Head of Growth & Demand Generation at Gray Swan AI, you will own pipeline creation as a revenue-critical role responsible for designing and executing a multi-channel demand engine that consistently generates high-quality, sales-accepted pipeline, directly impacting company growth and revenue outcomes.
• • Day to day, you will own pipeline targets aligned with revenue goals, design and execute integrated campaigns across outbound, inbound, events, partnerships, and paid channels, build and optimize programs that generate Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), define ICP segmentation, develop channel strategy, manage paid acquisition and budget allocation with ROI accountability, partner with Sales on qualification criteria and feedback loops, collaborate with Product on message-market fit, and work with go-to-market operations on attribution and funnel visibility.
