- • As Head of Growth at Everself Inc., you will lead the paid acquisition engine that drives patient acquisition for a mission-driven healthcare startup founded by Harvard Medical School professors, directly contributing to curing obesity through scalable, non-surgical interventions that are 7x safer than surgery and more effective than leading medications.
- • You will own end-to-end Google Ads and Meta Ads strategy, manage or replace the current performance marketing agency, solve attribution challenges using Posthog, BigQuery, and Pulse, and collaborate with creative teams to optimize ad hooks and messaging for longer healthcare sales cycles, ensuring cost per consultation and patient volume targets are met across 20+ target cities by 2026.
- • Everself is a rapidly growing digital health platform combining telehealth, distributed clinics, and expert care teams to deliver lasting weight loss results for the 40% of Americans affected by obesity, with a vision to become the one-stop shop for comprehensive obesity management online and via partner clinics.
- • You will work closely with the new CMO and CEO in a player/coach role, building and scaling a critical growth function from the ground up, shaping processes, culture, and structure of the sales organization while directly impacting patient outcomes through thoughtful, supportive guidance in one of life’s most meaningful health decisions.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in healthcare-specific performance marketing, master multi-market geo-targeted campaign management for delayed conversion attribution, and gain hands-on experience evaluating and directing agency performance—or leading an in-house team—while advancing your analytical capabilities in building custom reporting systems tied to real patient outcomes.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads with monthly spend of $100K+
- • Proven experience optimizing for longer sales cycles and delayed conversion attribution, particularly in healthcare or DTC health contexts
- • Demonstrated success managing and evaluating performance marketing agencies, including making data-driven decisions to retain, redirect, or bring media in-house
- • Strong analytical skills with comfort building custom reporting systems using tools like BigQuery, Posthog, or similar analytics stacks
- • Experience executing multi-market or geo-targeted campaigns across multiple cities or regions
