- • Lead the end-to-end paid acquisition strategy and execution to drive scalable, efficient user growth for a consumer fintech platform serving millions of Americans.
- • Own and optimize key performance metrics including CAC, LTV, unit economics, and ROI across all paid marketing channels to ensure profitable, sustainable growth.
- • Design and execute high-velocity testing roadmaps across creative assets, audience segments, bidding strategies, and landing page experiences to continuously improve performance.
- • Manage and optimize performance across core paid channels including paid social, search, and emerging platforms such as TikTok, with a focus on testing innovative inventory and untapped opportunities.
- • Partner closely with Product and Analytics teams to optimize conversion funnel performance, including landing pages, onboarding flows, and retention triggers through data-driven experimentation.
- • Develop and manage attribution models, forecasting frameworks, and budget allocation strategies in alignment with Operations and Analytics leadership to ensure accurate measurement and spend efficiency.
- • Supervise and develop a team of channel marketers with responsibility for scaling the team as growth initiatives expand.
- • Serve as the primary liaison with external performance media agencies, ensuring accountability, execution quality, and alignment with OnePay’s growth objectives.
- • Collaborate directly with platform teams at Google, Meta, TikTok, and others to stay ahead of product changes, beta features, measurement updates, and new ad formats.
- • Build and scale AI-powered campaign automation systems and creative testing frameworks that challenge conventional industry benchmarks and create new best practices.
- • Communicate program performance, financial health, and strategic direction to senior leadership with clarity and data-driven insight.
- • Operate as a builder in a fast-paced environment, owning real budget and autonomy to design and implement growth strategies that do not yet exist in standard industry playbooks.
- • Drive cross-functional initiatives with Marketing, Product, Analytics, and Operations teams to align growth goals with broader product and business objectives.
- • Maintain relentless focus on efficiency, urgency, and execution speed in a high-growth fintech environment where speed and impact are non-negotiable.
- • Evolve how performance marketing is measured at OnePay by introducing novel attribution methods, incrementality testing, and predictive modeling techniques.
- • Establish and lead a culture of testing, iteration, and ownership within the growth team, fostering innovation without sacrificing accountability.
- • Act as a strategic partner to the Chief Marketing Officer and Executive Leadership in defining the future of consumer acquisition for a category-defining financial platform.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth, or paid acquisition within consumer tech, fintech, or high-growth B2C companies
- • Proven track record of scaling paid acquisition programs while improving efficiency and unit economics
- • Deep expertise across major paid channels including paid social, search, and emerging platforms
- • Strong analytical mindset with experience managing CAC, LTV, attribution, and forecasting models
- • Experience building and scaling creative testing frameworks and collaborating closely with Brand and Creative teams
- • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives with Product, Analytics, and Marketing teams
