  • Xsolla is seeking a visionary and results-driven Head of Growth Marketing to spearhead our ambitious growth initiatives within the dynamic Xsolla Ads division. This pivotal role is designed for a data-obsessed, highly strategic, and hands-on performance marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, and exceptionally dynamic environment. You will be instrumental in driving user acquisition for our exciting new B2C loyalty app and simultaneously supporting critical growth strategies for the Xsolla Ads B2B business, operating at the exciting intersection of these two key opportunities.
  • As the Head of Growth Marketing, you will be the architect and executor of our user acquisition and engagement strategies. Your primary focus will be on leveraging data to inform every decision, ensuring that campaigns are not only creative but also highly effective in driving measurable results. You will own the entire growth marketing funnel, from initial strategy development and campaign ideation to meticulous execution, ongoing optimization, and comprehensive performance analysis. This end-to-end ownership is crucial for success and will allow you to make a significant impact on our business objectives.
  • A core responsibility will be to build and scale paid user acquisition (UA) campaigns from the ground up. This involves identifying target audiences, selecting the most effective channels, developing compelling creative assets, and managing budgets to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS). You will be expected to stay ahead of industry trends, experiment with new platforms and technologies, and continuously refine our approach to acquisition to ensure we are reaching the right players and potential B2B partners.
  • The role demands deep expertise in performance marketing, with a strong emphasis on analytics and a proven track record of success in driving measurable growth. Experience with consumer apps, particularly in the mobile gaming space, is highly valued. You will be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring a cohesive and impactful brand presence across all touchpoints. This includes managing paid social, search, display, influencer marketing, and other relevant performance channels.
  • You will play a key role in developing and implementing strategies to drive engagement and retention for our B2C loyalty app. This involves understanding user behavior, identifying key drivers of engagement, and designing campaigns that encourage repeat usage and foster a loyal community. You will work closely with product and data teams to analyze user journeys, identify friction points, and implement data-driven solutions to improve the user experience and increase lifetime value (LTV).
  • For the B2B side of Xsolla Ads, you will contribute to growth initiatives by developing and executing performance marketing campaigns aimed at attracting and converting potential game developer clients. This requires a nuanced understanding of the B2B marketing landscape within the gaming industry, including lead generation, nurturing, and conversion strategies. You will collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and maximize the effectiveness of our B2B outreach.
  • The ideal candidate possesses exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data sets into actionable insights. You should be proficient in using analytics tools to track campaign performance, identify trends, and optimize for key metrics such as CPA, LTV, and ROAS.
