- • Lead the end-to-end GTM (Go-to-Market) operations strategy for the Americas region, ensuring alignment between sales, marketing, customer success, and product teams to drive scalable revenue growth.
- • Design and optimize operational workflows that accelerate deal velocity, reduce friction in the sales cycle, and improve forecast accuracy across all sales channels in the Americas.
- • Partner with regional sales leadership to define, track, and report on key GTM metrics including pipeline conversion rates, quota attainment, win rates, and customer acquisition cost.
- • Implement and maintain CRM (Salesforce) hygiene standards and data integrity protocols to ensure reliable reporting and actionable insights for leadership decision-making.
- • Collaborate with marketing to align campaign execution with sales priorities, ensuring lead quality, routing efficiency, and proper attribution modeling across digital and field campaigns.
- • Drive cross-functional alignment between product and GTM teams to ensure product launches are supported by clear positioning, enablement materials, and sales playbooks tailored to the Americas market.
- • Develop and manage GTM playbooks, sales enablement resources, and training programs to equip field teams with the tools and knowledge needed to sell Mendix effectively.
- • Analyze regional market dynamics and competitive activity to identify operational gaps and opportunities for process improvement, pricing strategy adjustments, or channel optimization.
- • Serve as the primary liaison between Mendix headquarters and Siemens Digital Industries Software to ensure global GTM initiatives are localized and executed effectively in the Americas.
- • Oversee the integration of new sales tools, automation platforms, and analytics dashboards to enhance team productivity and reduce manual administrative overhead.
- • Monitor and report on regional pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and sales team performance, providing actionable recommendations to improve outcomes.
- • Lead quarterly business reviews with regional leadership to assess performance against targets, identify risks, and align on strategic priorities for the upcoming period.
- • Champion a data-driven culture within the GTM organization by establishing KPIs, dashboards, and reporting cadences that promote accountability and continuous improvement.
- • Support the scaling of the Americas sales organization by identifying operational bottlenecks and designing scalable processes that can accommodate rapid growth without compromising quality.
- • Ensure compliance with corporate policies and regional legal requirements related to sales operations, data privacy, and customer engagement practices.
- • Act as a change agent by influencing stakeholders across functions to adopt new processes, tools, and methodologies that enhance overall GTM efficiency and effectiveness.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience leading GTM operations for a high-growth SaaS or enterprise software company in the Americas region
- • Deep expertise in Salesforce CRM administration, reporting, and process optimization
- • Demonstrated success in building and scaling sales operations functions from early-stage to enterprise level
- • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights
- • Experience working within a low-code or developer-centric technology platform is highly preferred
- • Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
