📋 Description

• We're expanding our team to build the implementation methodology from the ground up, including stage gates, readiness criteria, templates, risk controls, and executive reporting.
• The role reports into the Head of Program Management, sitting within the Programs function alongside Integrations and Enterprise.
• The ideal candidate has significant experience building or leading enterprise implementation in healthcare software, including health systems, EHR-integrated products, clinical AI, or complex clinical workflow platforms.
• The candidate should have executive credibility with CIOs, CMIOs, and health system operational leaders, and be able to run an executive steering committee and a technical dependency review in the same day without losing altitude.
• The candidate should be able to build process while simultaneously delivering, and have real fluency with enterprise health IT, including SSO and identity management, EHR integration patterns, clinical governance, and sign-off processes.
• The candidate should be able to make health systems dramatically easier to work in, and be better at building the machine than running a machine someone else built.
• The candidate should be able to ship, measure, go again, and live in clinicians' reality, not the ideal workflow.
• The candidate should be able to own the outcome, and be precise at pace, not reckless.

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience building or leading enterprise implementation in healthcare software
• Experience running multi-site deployments involving clinicians, IT, security, procurement, legal, and executive sponsors
• Real fluency with enterprise health IT, including SSO and identity management, EHR integration patterns, clinical governance, and sign-off processes
• Executive credibility with CIOs, CMIOs, and health system operational leaders
• Ability to build process while simultaneously delivering
