- • As Head of Implementation at Freshpaint, you will lead the evolution of the company’s onboarding function to ensure healthcare organizations can adopt privacy-first analytics and marketing tools efficiently, securely, and at scale—directly enabling customers to derive value from Freshpaint’s platform while maintaining compliance with healthcare data regulations.
- • You will own the end-to-end implementation lifecycle from contract signing to full adoption, driving operational excellence by designing scalable onboarding frameworks, leading a team of Enterprise Implementation Engineers, and partnering across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to align technical delivery with business outcomes and expansion opportunities.
- • Freshpaint is a rapidly growing, venture-backed privacy infrastructure platform serving the healthcare industry, where your leadership will directly impact how quickly and safely enterprises can activate modern marketing and analytics tools without exposing protected health information (PHI), making your role critical to both customer success and company growth.
- • You will build and mentor a high-performing technical team, establish clear performance metrics (including Time to First Value, Implementation NPS, and feature activation rates), and create repeatable processes, playbooks, and dashboards that standardize delivery while allowing for enterprise-grade customization—positioning Freshpaint as the trusted onboarding partner in regulated healthcare technology.
- • Through executive-level engagement with VP and C-level stakeholders, you will act as a trusted advisor during high-stakes implementations, influence product roadmap based on real-world implementation feedback, and drive retention and expansion by ensuring strong technical foundations that unlock upsell pathways and long-term customer value.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles such as Implementation, Solutions Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Customer Success Engineering
- • 3+ years of proven experience leading and scaling technical customer-facing teams in a high-growth SaaS environment
- • Deep understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), tag management platforms (e.g., Google Tag Manager), APIs, data pipelines, and marketing technology ecosystems, with hands-on experience troubleshooting complex platform configurations
- • Strong analytical and operational skills, including experience building KPIs, operational dashboards, capacity planning, and forecasting to balance customization with scalable processes
- • Exceptional executive communication skills, with comfort engaging VP and C-level leaders on both technical and business topics, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value
