📋 Description

• As Head of Information Security at MOO Inc., you will lead the strategy and execution of security, privacy, and resilience initiatives to protect customer trust and enable business growth in a design-led technology and manufacturing company.
• You will define and implement the organization’s security strategy, establish governance and compliance frameworks, strengthen cloud and third-party security, and lead incident response and resilience planning across the business.
• MOO is a design-led, technology and manufacturing business operating in the global print and branded merchandise market, recognized as a leader in the premium segment with strong ESG credentials and award-winning customer satisfaction.
• You will partner closely with Technology, Product, Legal, and Leadership teams to balance security with innovation, scale security capabilities across a growing organization of 400 employees, and contribute to MOO’s mission of protecting its brand and customer data while enabling expansion in North America, the UK, and Europe.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in information security leadership, including strategy development and operational delivery
• Expertise in cloud security, third-party risk management, and compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR)
• Strong incident response and business continuity planning capabilities
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Technology, Product, Legal, and Executive Leadership
• Hands-on approach to building and scaling security functions in a fast-growing technology-driven business
