📋 Description

• The Head of Investor Relations & Ecosystem Growth at Tools for Humanity Corporation will lead efforts to expand and strengthen the World ecosystem by driving ecosystem partnerships, technical evangelism, and stakeholder engagement, while supporting company-level financing and investor relations activities without promoting any token or digital asset.
• Day to day, the role involves cultivating and maintaining relationships with existing investors, Web3 partners, and contributors; leading evangelization strategy by identifying and engaging potential contributors and institutions; overseeing end-to-end deal processes including presentations, due diligence, and negotiations; monitoring crypto and market trends to strategically position World’s technology; developing clear messaging about the World Network’s mission and vision; delivering tailored updates to Web3 partners; acting as a liaison between Tools for Humanity and the ecosystem; staying updated on market trends, competitor activity, and evolving interests in Web3 and crypto; and preparing ecosystem evangelism materials such as decks and memos for stakeholders.

• In this role, the individual can develop deep expertise in Web3 ecosystem growth and investor relations within a high-impact, fast-scaling technology company; build and leverage high-value relationships across global technology and financial institutions; shape strategic positioning of innovative identity technology in the AI era; gain exposure to senior leadership and global investors; and contribute to a mission-driven organization recognized by TIME, Fast Company, Bloomberg, and The New York Times for advancing digital identity and combating AI-driven challenges.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in investor relations, corporate development, capital markets, buy-side finance, or a related field with a proven track record of building strategic partnerships and securing deals
• In-depth understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and Web3 ecosystems
• Strong existing relationships with a focus on the USA and Asia regions, particularly in the Web3/crypto, finance, and technology sectors
