📋 Description

• Lead Fable Security's IT, compliance, and security functions as Head of IT & Information Security, reporting to the CISO to protect the organization from AI-driven threats and human error by transforming employee behavior into a defensive layer.
• Own and advance compliance programs including SOC 2 and ISO 27001, manage ISMS, support GDPR and global privacy law adherence, and assist the CISO with privacy program implementation.
• Lead third-party risk management, AI risk governance, identity and access management, product security, and internal IT operations while representing Fable externally at industry events, conferences, and through thought leadership.
• Drive operational excellence across security, compliance, and IT domains with full ownership, translate technical requirements for diverse audiences, and contribute to Fable’s mission of solving cybersecurity’s human risk challenge in a high-growth, venture-backed environment.
