📋 Description

• • As the Head of Launch (Asia) at Quartermaster AI, you will be the vanguard of our global expansion, responsible for preparing the operational environment so that Field Operations teams can immediately deploy the SmartMast network at scale across Asia. Your work ensures we can scale rapidly, compliantly, and seamlessly in new international waters by building the foundational infrastructure and relationships critical to our mission.
• • Day to day, you will engage with local maritime authorities to secure regulatory buy-in and permits, identify and onboard local marine installers and mount fabricators to build a localized supply chain, negotiate service level agreements with contractors, navigate complex import regulations for SmartMast hardware, establish warehousing and staging logistics, pitch our vision to regional fleets to secure vessel commitments, and build relationships with port authorities and maritime organizations to remove bureaucratic barriers. You will also serve as the bridge to Field Operations by ensuring all logistics and permissions are ready for deployment and provide market intelligence on local dynamics and risks.
