Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Own the entire marketing engine at StackOne—from brand voice to revenue—reporting directly to the founder-CEO and sitting at the nexus of Product, Sales, and Customer Success. You will architect the narrative that positions our AI Integration Gateway as the de-facto choice for SaaS builders and AI-agent creators, translating 200 connectors, 25,000 pre-mapped actions, and enterprise-grade security into crisp, compelling stories that resonate with both CTOs and developers.
- • Define and refine our Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) for technical champions (CPOs, CIOs, DevOps) and economic buyers (CFOs, CROs), then craft differentiated messaging that speaks to each persona’s pain points, KPIs, and buying triggers. You will continuously pressure-test these messages in the market, iterating rapidly based on win-loss data, customer interviews, and competitive intel.
- • Build and scale a full-funnel demand-generation program from the ground up. This includes designing multi-channel Account-Based Marketing (ABM) plays—outbound sequences, co-marketing with cloud marketplaces, field events, targeted paid media, and high-intent content syndication—that turn named accounts into qualified pipeline. You will also launch PLG growth loops that let individual developers self-serve and expand into enterprise contracts.
- • Plan and execute high-impact product and feature launches every 6–8 weeks. You will orchestrate cross-functional “launch squads,” own the go-to-market calendar, and ensure every release lands with coordinated web updates, social buzz, press briefings, customer webinars, and partner enablement kits that generate measurable spikes in sign-ups and SQLs.
- • Create the sales-enablement backbone: a living pitch deck, objection-handling battlecards, persona-based one-pagers, ROI calculators, and demo scripts that arm our AEs and SEs to close six- and seven-figure deals. You will run quarterly training bootcamps and maintain a real-time content library in Highspot or Guru.
- • Instrument, measure, and obsess over funnel metrics—MQL→SQL conversion, pipeline velocity, CAC:LTV, and multi-touch attribution. You will stand up a lightweight but rigorous reporting stack (HubSpot, Salesforce, Tableau, or similar) and present a concise weekly scorecard to the executive team, turning data into actionable insights and budget re-allocation decisions.
- • Champion a culture of rapid experimentation. Whether it’s A/B testing ad creatives, iterating on landing-page copy, or piloting new intent-data providers, you will operate with a “test, learn, scale” mindset—documenting hypotheses, running statistically significant experiments, and doubling down on winners within days, not months.
- • Serve as the external face of StackOne at industry events, podcasts, and customer councils. You will secure speaking slots at KubeCon, SaaStr, and AI-engineering meetups, while cultivating a network of developer advocates and integration partners who amplify our message and create co-selling opportunities.
- • Recruit, mentor, and lead a lean but high-performing marketing team—initially 2–3 specialists across content, ops, and growth—then scale the org responsibly as ARR milestones are hit. You will foster psychological safety, radical candor, and a shared obsession with customer outcomes.
- • Embed security and compliance storytelling into every campaign. Given our SOC 2 Type II posture and enterprise buyers’ stringent requirements, you will translate technical controls (real-time architecture, managed auth, end-to-end observability) into trust-building narratives that shorten procurement cycles.
Skills & Technologies
About StackOne Inc.
StackOne provides a unified API that lets software companies integrate with multiple HR, payroll, ATS, LMS and other workforce platforms through a single interface. Instead of building and maintaining separate integrations, developers authenticate once and read or write data across systems like Workday, BambooHR, Greenhouse, SAP SuccessFactors and more using normalized data models. The platform handles token refresh, rate limits, permissions and compliance, so teams can launch integrations faster and keep them current without ongoing maintenance. Headquartered in San Francisco, StackOne serves SaaS vendors that embed workforce connectivity into their own products.
