- • Shape how the market understands Vitalize by defining how customers, candidates, investors, and the broader healthcare industry understand who we are.
- • Build a team people want to join by recruiting and developing exceptional marketers who combine ambition with humility, ownership with curiosity, and creativity with execution.
🎯 Requirements
- • You've built and scaled marketing at a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
- • You know how to create a strategy, establish an operating cadence, and build the systems that allow marketing to scale alongside the business.
- • You understand enterprise SaaS, complex products with long sales cycles, multiple executive stakeholders, and high-value deals.
- • You're obsessed with understanding customers, naturally spending time with customers, uncovering what matters most to them, and turning those insights into positioning, campaigns, product launches, and compelling stories.
- • You know how to recruit exceptional talent, spot emerging stars, and close them.
- • You've built exceptional teams, hiring, developing, and coaching high-performing marketers while creating a culture of ownership, curiosity, and high standards.
- • You're a player-coach operator, enjoying setting strategy, writing messaging, reviewing creative, launching campaigns, analyzing pipeline, and staying close enough to the work to know what great looks like.
- • You have exceptional judgment, prioritizing, making thoughtful tradeoffs, and focusing your team's energy on the highest-leverage opportunities.
