  • • Lead the marketing function for AI Remodel, one of Kiss My Apps’ flagship AI-driven B2C products with over 7.5 million users and top rankings in the Graphics & Design category on App Store in the US and Canada.
  • • Manage and scale a marketing team of 10–11 specialists across User Acquisition, Creative, and Growth verticals, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational excellence.
  • • Conduct a comprehensive audit of existing marketing channels, processes, and team performance to identify key opportunities for scaling and optimization.
  • • Develop and execute a data-driven marketing strategy aligned with product and business goals, setting clear priorities, processes, and KPIs to drive growth.
  • • Serve as a strategic partner to the Unit Lead, contributing directly to product development and business decisions with marketing insights and market intelligence.
  • • Scale paid acquisition channels including Meta, TikTok, Google, and Apple Search Ads (ASA), with a relentless focus on ROAS, CAC, and investment efficiency.
  • • Identify, test, and launch new growth levers such as untapped audiences, emerging markets, partnership opportunities, and non-traditional scaling points beyond core channels.
  • • Grow organic user acquisition through ASO, brand marketing, content initiatives, influencer integrations, and viral growth mechanics.
  • • Build and maintain a decision-making framework grounded in data, experimentation, and deep performance analysis to guide all marketing activities.
  • • Recruit, develop, and retain top marketing talent, strengthening team capabilities and designing an organizational structure that supports future business ambitions.
  • • Drive continuous innovation by testing hypotheses, challenging established approaches, and pursuing high-impact experiments even after core channels are optimized.
  • • Operate with full ownership of team and business outcomes, treating the product as your own business and marketing as a core growth driver.
  • • Work in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment with minimal bureaucracy, where rapid testing, independent decision-making, and accountability are core values.
  • • Leverage Kiss My Apps’ proprietary analytics, payment, and marketing infrastructure to inform strategy and maximize performance across global markets.
  • • Contribute to a culture of learning by participating in internal English-speaking clubs, presenting at internal/external events, and utilizing the annual budget for professional development.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience managing marketing teams and building scalable processes in a product-driven environment
  • • Demonstrated success in hiring, developing, and scaling high-performing marketing teams
  • • Experience scaling mobile apps, subscription services, or B2C digital products
  • • Deep expertise in performance marketing with hands-on experience in Meta and TikTok advertising
  • • Strong proficiency in product and marketing metrics: CAC, LTV, ARPU, Payback Period, ROMI, cohort analysis
  • • Ability to build and execute channel growth strategies aligned with business objectives
  • • Strategic mindset with capacity to identify long-term growth opportunities and translate them into actionable plans
  • • High ownership and accountability for team and business results
  • • Entrepreneurial mindset, treating marketing as a core business driver
  • • Comfort with ambiguity, rapid iteration, and data-driven decision-making
