- • As the first marketing hire at AeroVect Inc., you will own marketing end-to-end and build the function from the ground up, playing a pivotal role in shaping the company’s brand, narrative, and go-to-market strategy during a critical phase of growth.
- • You will define and execute the company’s marketing strategy, including brand development, visual identity, website management, account-based marketing targeting airlines and ground handlers, product positioning, customer advocacy, PR, analyst relations, executive thought leadership, trade show execution, and AI-augmented marketing operations.
- • AeroVect is a Series A autonomous ground handling innovator backed by top-tier venture capital, serving major airlines and ground service providers globally, with a mission to transform aviation operations through autonomy and AI.
- • In this role, you will gain end-to-end ownership of a B2B marketing function in a high-growth, deep-tech environment, develop expertise in enterprise sales cycles and technical buyer engagement, and directly influence company valuation through fundraising support, brand building, and market positioning.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7–10 years of B2B marketing experience, with meaningful time in enterprise or industrial markets such as aviation, logistics, supply chain, robotics, industrial automation, or defense
- • Experience as the first or primary marketer at a growth-stage company, or a proven track record of building a marketing function from scratch
- • Deep experience marketing to long-sales-cycle, multi-stakeholder enterprise buyers
- • Experience supporting a VC fundraise through narrative development, investor materials, and press activities
- • Strong writing skills for board narratives, customer case studies, founder social content, and press releases
