This pivotal role encompasses brand building, demand generation, product marketing, event management, and pipeline creation, with a clear mandate to establish a durable, repeatable engine that delivers tangible business impact.
- • You will be responsible for harmonizing long-term brand vision with immediate pipeline generation objectives. This involves defining clear content themes and messaging pillars that will serve as the foundation for all campaigns, ensuring disciplined execution across all marketing channels. A key aspect of this role is the ability to simultaneously manage brand awareness and demand creation motions effectively.
- • This position demands a leader who can bring structure, rigor, and clarity to Gravity's go-to-market strategy, significantly shaping how the company is perceived in the dynamic climate and energy market. You will be expected to possess both strategic depth and operational excellence, comfortable with defining category narratives, analyzing funnel performance, and driving campaign execution.
- • You will play a crucial role in influencing company direction and culture, ensuring that Marketing functions as a primary growth lever for the business.
- • **Narrative & Content Architecture:**
- • Define Gravity’s enduring content pillars, establishing the core themes that will guide campaigns, product narratives, industry positioning, and executive communications.
- • Establish and maintain centralized messaging frameworks tailored for different segments and personas.
- • Translate complex climate and energy workflows into clear, differentiated, and compelling positioning.
- • Ensure that every campaign and product launch is intrinsically linked to consistent narrative themes.
- • Build and scale a repeatable content engine across a diverse range of formats, including advertisements, blog posts, case studies, white papers, web pages, email campaigns, one-pagers, event materials, and executive content.
- • Own and manage the content calendar, dictating the publishing cadence across all stages of the customer journey: awareness, consideration, conversion, and expansion.
- • **Launch & Go-to-Market Excellence:**
- • Develop and execute high-impact go-to-market plans for all product launches and updates.
- • Create coordinated, cross-channel campaigns specifically designed to engage complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise buying groups.
- • Ensure that all launches are theme-driven, rigorously measurable, and operationally seamless.
- • **Performance, Pipeline & Measurable Output:**
- • Own clear marketing output targets, including qualified leads, marketing-sourced opportunities, campaign-driven pipeline, and improvements in funnel conversion rates.
- • Design and implement programs with clearly defined success metrics.
- • Ensure consistent and transparent reporting, providing full visibility into lead volume, opportunity creation, conversion rates, and campaign ROI.
- • Drive a consistent flow of qualified leads through inbound, paid acquisition, events, and account-based marketing initiatives.
- • Continuously optimize marketing efforts to generate higher-quality opportunities and enhance overall funnel efficiency.
- • **Velocity, Experimentation & Execution Discipline:**
- • Foster a culture where experimentation is actively encouraged, celebrated, and rigorously measured.
- • Enable rapid campaign launches, swift testing, and iterative improvements based on performance data.
- • Conduct structured experiments across messaging, creative assets, marketing channels, and audience segments.
- • Set clear monthly and quarterly output goals and hold the team accountable for delivery.
- • Operate with a high degree of urgency and focus to achieve objectives.
- • **Marketing Leadership & Infrastructure:**
- • Manage and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering an environment grounded in clarity, creativity, and disciplined execution.
- • Establish efficient operating cadences, robust campaign planning cycles, and effective cross-functional alignment rhythms.
- • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Climate Strategy, and Revenue Operations teams to ensure shared definitions, alignment, and performance visibility.
- • Implement and optimize systems and infrastructure that enable marketing to scale efficiently and effectively.
- • Instill a mindset of ownership, continuous iteration, and improvement across the entire marketing function.
- • This role is ideal for a builder who can define enduring narrative pillars while simultaneously driving measurable marketing outputs. You are a leader who pairs clarity of message with velocity of execution, thriving in enterprise SaaS environments where complexity necessitates both structure and agility.
