This involves leading content and partnership teams to ensure Partyhat consistently captures the cultural conversation, leveraging deep data analytics and proprietary tools to master the algorithms of platforms like X, Discord, and Telegram for precise audience targeting and timely message delivery. A key responsibility is the surgical management of the marketing budget, making data-driven decisions on campaign investment and sunsetting based on real-time ROI. The role also demands oversight of the brand's visual and narrative consistency, maintaining a unique "premium but degen" aesthetic that resonates globally. Furthermore, the Head of Marketing will serve as the crucial link between Product and Community, ensuring marketing initiatives are perfectly synchronized with the technical roadmap and operational objectives.
