Marketing Manager

📋 Description

• • As the POMS Marketing Manager, you will own and execute POMS’ end-to-end marketing strategy focused on driving pipeline growth, supporting customer expansion, and delivering measurable marketing impact in a highly hands-on role with strong visibility and clear opportunity to expand scope over time.
• • Day to day, you will design and execute account-based marketing and email campaigns, manage POMS’ presence at industry conferences (2–3 per year), optimize the website and SEO strategy, own social media strategy (approx. two posts per week and one thought leadership article every two months), develop sales and marketing collateral, plan monthly customer webinars, lead POMS CON customer conference, partner with Sales and Customer Success on expansion campaigns, develop core messaging and positioning, track and report on campaign performance and ROI, and continuously optimize programs based on data and feedback.
