- • As the Head of Marketing, you will report directly to the CEO and play a pivotal role in the company's trajectory. You will be responsible for defining, executing, and optimizing our comprehensive marketing strategy, encompassing brand building, content creation, event management, and sales enablement. This role demands a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, capable of translating ambitious goals into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
- • **Lead and Execute Global Marketing Strategy:**
- • Define, refine, and execute ScorePlay's overarching global marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market opportunities.
- • Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across various channels to build brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and accelerate customer acquisition.
- • Oversee and manage all aspects of brand positioning and messaging, ensuring consistency and resonance across all touchpoints and adapting strategies for key international markets (North America, Europe, APAC).
- • Collaborate closely with the executive leadership team to ensure marketing initiatives are strategically aligned with overall business goals and product roadmap.
- • **Develop Product Marketing and Value Proposition:**
- • Articulate and refine ScorePlay's unique value proposition, ensuring it is clearly communicated and understood by target audiences, partners, and internal teams.
- • Partner with the Product team to translate product features and innovations into compelling marketing narratives that highlight customer benefits and address market needs.
- • Lead the creation of essential sales and product marketing collateral, including pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, datasheets, and competitive analyses, to empower Sales and Customer Success teams in converting and retaining enterprise clients.
- • **Lead, Develop, and Grow the Marketing Team:**
- • Manage, mentor, and inspire the marketing team (currently comprising content and event specialists), fostering a high-performance culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- • Scale the marketing team strategically in line with ScorePlay's rapid growth, identifying talent needs and building a world-class marketing organization.
- • Provide clear direction, set ambitious goals, and ensure the team has the resources and support needed to achieve outstanding results.
- • **Drive Collaboration and Commercial Alignment:**
- • Foster strong, collaborative relationships with Sales and Customer Success teams, ensuring marketing efforts directly contribute to pipeline generation, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
- • Act as a key liaison between Marketing, Sales, and Product departments, ensuring unified messaging, consistent brand representation, and aligned strategic objectives.
- • Provide insightful market intelligence, performance data, and strategic recommendations to the executive team, influencing company direction and growth initiatives.
- • **Manage KPIs and Budget:**
- • Establish robust Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and tracking mechanisms to rigorously measure the effectiveness and ROI of all marketing activities, including brand campaigns, content initiatives, and event sponsorships.
- • Implement comprehensive reporting frameworks to provide clear visibility into marketing performance, enabling data-driven decision-making and continuous optimization of strategies.
- • Manage the marketing budget with fiscal responsibility, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize impact and achieve business objectives.
