Unlike traditional exchanges that force a compromise between yield generation and capital deployment, GRVT eliminates this constraint, enabling tokenized deposits to function simultaneously as margin, yield instruments, and liquidity primitives. This compounding effect spans the entire capital lifecycle, from fiat on-ramp to perpetuals trading, institutional vaults, and real-world spending.
  • • The Head of Marketing will be instrumental in orchestrating a comprehensive global marketing strategy, encompassing brand building, growth initiatives, content creation, and ecosystem expansion. This role involves leading end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) strategies for critical events such as token launches, major product releases, and significant platform milestones, ensuring success from narrative design through to liquidity and adoption outcomes. A top priority will be architecting and executing GRVT’s Token Generation Event (TGE) strategy, covering pre-launch positioning, exchange listings, and sustained post-TGE engagement. The role also requires designing multi-phase campaign systems meticulously aligned with product, tokenomics, and partnership roadmaps to guarantee precision in timing and messaging. Furthermore, the Head of Marketing will be responsible for shaping market understanding of token utility, governance, and staking mechanisms, specifically targeting a sophisticated DeFi audience.
  • • A key responsibility is to design and scale GRVT’s community, transforming it into a strategic growth and liquidity layer rather than merely a communication channel. This includes architecting network effects across platforms like X (Twitter), Discord, and Telegram to foster compounding engagement, retention, and on-chain participation. The role demands building structured community systems, such as ambassador programs, contributor loops, and incentive designs, to convert users into active advocates, liquidity providers, and long-term ecosystem participants. High-impact activations, including AMAs, campaigns, trading competitions, and governance participation, will be led to directly drive product adoption and capital inflows. Continuous optimization of community signal quality, engagement depth, and conversion into trading and staking behaviors is essential.
  • • The Head of Marketing will define and evolve GRVT’s market positioning as a category-defining exchange at the nexus of self-custody, yield, and trading infrastructure. This involves crafting high-conviction narratives that resonate with retail, institutional, and developer audiences alike. A multi-channel content strategy will be led to simplify complex DeFi primitives into compelling, conversion-driven storytelling, establishing GRVT as a thought leader in on-chain trading, capital efficiency, and tokenized financial infrastructure.
  • • Building and managing high-leverage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), crypto media outlets, exchanges, and DeFi protocols is crucial. The role entails identifying and executing co-marketing and co-liquidity opportunities with ecosystem partners, launchpads, and infrastructure players. Expanding GRVT’s presence within the broader Web3 ecosystem through strategic partnerships will drive both brand credibility and user acquisition.
  • • Ownership of the entire performance marketing stack, including paid acquisition, SEO/SEM, and growth experimentation, is required. Rigorous tracking of Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), activation, and retention metrics across all funnels will be maintained. Coordinated token promotion strategies across community, content, paid, and partner channels will be led. A culture of experimentation, analytics, and continuous optimization will be fostered.
  • • The Head of Marketing will build and lead a high-performance marketing organization covering growth, content, brand, and community functions. A scalable marketing operating system will be established, integrating planning, execution, analytics, and feedback loops. Cross-functional leadership and alignment with Product, BD, Design, and Leadership teams will be driven to ensure cohesive execution of GTM priorities. Complex, cross-regional marketing initiatives will be led, acting as the central owner of major strategic projects like the TGE, product launches, and ecosystem campaigns. The global marketing budget will be managed with clear reporting on ROI, growth impact, and strategic outcomes. Leveraging AI tools to enhance speed, quality, and scalability across content, analytics, and campaign execution is expected.
  • • The team at GRVT operates as a strategic growth engine at the intersection of narrative, capital, and network effects, shaping the global understanding, adoption, and scaling of on-chain trading across perpetuals, spot, options, and emerging investment networks. They integrate brand, growth, and community into a unified operating system, collaborating closely with Product, BD, and Design to achieve measurable adoption. Their mandate extends beyond awareness to encompass market positioning, liquidity activation, and long-term ecosystem expansion within the Web3 and institutional landscape.
  • • In this role, the Head of Marketing will have the opportunity to translate groundbreaking product innovation into market dominance, significantly influencing the trajectory of a category-defining Web3 exchange. 🎯 Requirements

  • • Deeply embedded in the Web3 ecosystem, with a strong understanding of DeFi, token markets, and on-chain user behavior.
  • • 8–10 years of marketing experience, including 3+ years in leadership roles within high-growth Web3 or crypto companies.
  • • Proven track record of leading successful TGE or token launch campaigns end-to-end.
  • • Demonstrated ability to build and scale high-engagement communities across X (Twitter), Discord, and Telegram.
  • • Hands-on experience in performance marketing and growth execution.
  • • Strong proficiency in leveraging AI tools to accelerate marketing outcomes.
  • • Exceptional storytelling ability across retail, institutional, and developer audiences.
  • • Strong cross-functional leadership and collaboration skills.
  • • Fluent in English, with experience operating across global/APAC markets.
  • • Experience at a crypto exchange, DEX, or trading-focused DeFi protocol (Preferred).
  • • Proven success scaling products across APAC and emerging Web3 markets (Preferred).
  • • Strong existing network within KOLs, crypto media, and ecosystem partners (Preferred).
  • • Experience building marketing functions from 0→1 in a startup environment (Preferred).
