- • Proven experience as a marketing leader in a fast-paced, digitally native, or ecommerce fashion or lifestyle brand, with a track record of driving international growth and brand expansion, particularly in competitive markets like the US.
- • Deep expertise in social media-led marketing, influencer collaboration, and community building, with demonstrated success in leveraging platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube to drive engagement and conversion.
- • Strong analytical and financial acumen, including experience managing large marketing budgets, setting KPIs, and using data to optimize performance and demonstrate ROI.
- • Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop high-performing creative, brand, and social teams in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
- • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate brand vision into executable marketing plans that align with business goals and customer needs.
