  • • As the inaugural Head of Marketing and Demand Generation at Metriport, you will be instrumental in architecting and executing the company's growth engine from its inception. This pivotal role offers unparalleled ownership and the opportunity to directly shape how healthcare organizations discover and adopt the cutting-edge data intelligence platform that is poised to revolutionize digital health innovation.
  • • You will collaborate closely with the Co-Founders and the Go-To-Market (GTM) team, taking the lead in building a robust and scalable marketing and demand generation strategy. This is a hands-on role requiring a blend of strategic thinking and relentless execution, where you will be responsible for defining the playbook and driving measurable results.
  • • Your foundational responsibilities will include deeply understanding and refining Metriport's core messaging framework, ensuring it effectively positions and differentiates the company in a competitive landscape. You will conduct a thorough audit of the current digital presence, leveraging your insights to create a comprehensive, multi-phased marketing and demand generation roadmap.
  • • A critical aspect of this role involves establishing baseline metrics for all marketing and demand generation activities and implementing rigorous tracking mechanisms. Your success will be measured by your ability to measurably increase brand awareness through key performance indicators such as search volume, organic traffic, and social engagement.
  • • In the realm of Demand Generation and Growth, you will spearhead Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives, developing targeted campaigns for enterprise and mid-market accounts in close partnership with the Sales team to penetrate high-value organizations.
  • • You will own the SEO/GEO strategy, encompassing technical SEO and content optimization, to ensure Metriport captures high-intent searches within the healthcare technology sector.
  • • The role demands the launch and meticulous optimization of paid advertising campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn, Google Ads, and specialized healthcare platforms, with a strong emphasis on rigorous Return on Investment (ROI) tracking.
  • • You will strategize and execute Metriport's presence at key industry events and conferences, such as HIMSS, ViVE, and HLTH, managing all aspects from booth design to securing speaking opportunities.
  • • A significant part of your role will be the creation of compelling content and collateral across the entire buyer's journey, including blog posts, case studies, and whitepapers, designed to educate and engage potential customers.
  • • You will also be responsible for hosting webinars and digital events that position Metriport as a thought leader in the critical space of healthcare interoperability.
  • • Furthermore, you will construct sophisticated email marketing and nurture sequences designed to educate prospects, provide ongoing value, and guide them effectively through the top-of-funnel stages.
  • • A crucial element of this position is the seamless partnership with the GTM and Sales teams. You will work collaboratively to ensure maximum impact from marketing activities and share accountability for pipeline generation.
  • • To gain deeper market insights, you will participate in customer calls to understand pain points firsthand and use this knowledge to refine messaging and strategy.
  • • Ultimately, you will own the marketing-sourced pipeline targets and be accountable for working backward from these goals to achieve them.
  • • In terms of Analytics and Optimization, you will conduct continuous A/B testing across landing pages, ad copy, and email campaigns to maximize conversion rates.
  • • You will build and maintain comprehensive marketing dashboards to meticulously track key metrics such as Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), pipeline contribution, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and ROI by channel, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
  • • This role requires a systems thinker who can also execute with agility, architecting comprehensive strategies on Monday and leading critical initiatives by Thursday, embodying an entrepreneurial spirit and an Olympian-level work ethic.
  • • You will leverage your data-obsessed yet creative approach to craft compelling narratives backed by data, resonating with healthcare decision-makers.
  • • As a Swiss Army knife marketer, you will fearlessly dive into any channel that drives results, iterating rapidly based on performance data.
  • • A degree of technical acumen is necessary to credibly market to diverse audiences including engineering teams, clinicians, healthcare executives, and product managers, with a willingness to quickly learn technical concepts like APIs, SDKs, HIEs, VBC, and ADTs.
  • • Exceptional communication skills are paramount, enabling you to write compelling copy, present effectively to executives, and foster seamless collaboration across all departments, including Sales, Customer Success, Clinical Operations, Product, and Engineering.
