- • As Head of Meetings Operations at Vendelux Inc., you will own and scale the engine behind one of the company's fastest-growing products: a fully managed meetings service that generates thousands of qualified meetings per month for customers. This role is critical to turning event insights into actionable pipeline by ensuring the operational excellence, team performance, and product alignment needed to maximize ROI for event-driven go-to-market strategies.
- • You will lead and develop a team of Campaign Managers and cold callers, define end-to-end outreach strategy across email, cold calling, LinkedIn, and emerging channels, build scalable systems and SOPs to ensure predictable execution, and serve as the primary voice of the Meetings product internally by translating operational insights into product and automation requirements for Engineering and Product teams.
- • Vendelux is a Series A SaaS company transforming event marketing through AI-powered insights across 250,000+ events, backed by FirstMark and other leading investors. The team brings deep experience from companies like Bain, ZoomInfo, Airbnb, and Shutterstock, and is focused on helping high-growth companies turn events into a scalable growth channel through data, automation, and strategic meeting execution.
- • In this role, you will develop leadership and operational expertise in scaling high-velocity B2B outreach operations, gain direct influence over product roadmap through cross-functional collaboration, and build a repeatable, data-driven meetings engine that impacts customer retention and revenue—positioning you as a key driver of Vendelux’s next phase of growth.
