- • As Head of Outbound at Alternative Payments Ltd., you will own the strategy, execution, and accountability of the outbound sales motion across MSP and Accounting segments, directly impacting revenue growth by designing and optimizing BDR outbound architecture.
- • You will design segment-specific outbound playbooks including signal-based targeting, sequence architecture, cold call scripts, and email positioning; build daily/weekly operating cadences and performance management systems; and collaborate with Marketing, Partnerships, and Head of New Markets to scale outbound efforts into new verticals.
- • Alternative Payments is building a financial operating system for SMBs, starting with MSPs and expanding into accounts payable and AI-powered analytics; the company values transparency, resourcefulness, partnership, boldness, and accountability in a fast-growing, mission-driven startup environment.
- • You will have the opportunity to shape the outbound function from the ground up, drive measurable improvements in BDR performance, influence GTM strategy for new markets, and grow your leadership impact in a scaling fintech with equity and career development support.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5–10 years of experience in B2B SaaS or fintech sales, including direct experience building or running outbound programs across multiple segments.
- • Proven track record of improving BDR performance through process, accountability, and outbound strategy—not just managing reps but raising the standard.
- • Experience designing outbound playbooks involving signal-based targeting, cold sequences, and call frameworks that consistently book meetings.
- • Working knowledge of Salesforce, Apollo, and Instantly.
- • Proven ability to leverage AI to drive team efficiency and demonstrate tangible outcomes.
