- • As Head of Partner Enablement for AWS Cloud at OpenAI, you will lead the strategy and execution of programs that empower OpenAI’s partner ecosystem to successfully deliver value with AI technology, with a specific focus on the strategic AWS Cloud partnership.
- • You will build and lead a team responsible for designing scalable enablement programs, including onboarding, certification, playbooks, and training, tailored to AWS-aligned delivery models and co-sell motions.
- • You will collaborate closely with Partnerships leadership, Partner Directors, Partner Technical Success, and cross-functional GTM teams, as well as AWS stakeholders, to align enablement priorities with joint strategic goals and drive partner performance.
- • You will translate complex AI capabilities into partner-ready messaging and training, maintain a centralized hub for enablement resources, and use feedback and metrics to continuously improve programs and inform broader GTM strategy.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience building and leading partner enablement and scaled partner programs in a high-growth technology company.
- • Experience managing and developing teams responsible for enablement, partner programs, or GTM strategy.
- • Strong program management and operational leadership skills with ability to drive cross-functional initiatives across complex organizations.
- • Experience working with partner ecosystems such as systems integrators, consulting firms, hyperscalers, and/or technology partners.
- • Excellent communication and executive presence, with experience presenting to internal leadership and external partners.
- • Strong interest in AI and emerging technologies, with ability to translate complex technology into actionable programs for partners.
