Full Job Description

📋 Description

  • As the Head of Partner Enablement, you will be instrumental in transforming ecosio's partner ecosystem into a highly scalable, "Plug and Play" model, fundamentally changing how external partners implement our cutting-edge B2B integration solutions.
  • Your core mission is to standardize and elevate the partner onboarding process, ensuring consistent, high-quality integrations at scale. This involves empowering external partners, including ERP vendors and System Integrators, to independently implement ecosio solutions, thereby reducing reliance on internal resources and accelerating market reach.
  • You will own the entire partner implementation lifecycle, from conceptualizing and defining the technical enablement strategy to leading the initial onboarding phases and establishing robust governance frameworks that foster long-term partner success and autonomy.
  • A critical aspect of your role will be to lead a dedicated team of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). Together, you will meticulously transform our deep internal expertise into a comprehensive and user-friendly "Partner Kit." This kit will serve as the definitive resource for partners, enabling them to onboard customers effectively and efficiently without requiring constant, hands-on support from ecosio.
  • You will be a driving force behind Partner Delivery Success, proactively ensuring that every partner is equipped with the necessary technical tools, in-depth knowledge, and unwavering support required to not only succeed but also to build a profitable service business leveraging the ecosio platform.
  • The creation and ongoing maintenance of the "Partner Kit" will be a key deliverable. This involves developing and curating a suite of assets, such as Postman collections for API testing, SAP transport files for seamless integration, and exhaustive, clear documentation that empowers partners to manage customer implementations independently.
  • You will personally lead the technical onboarding of new partners, guiding them through their crucial initial customer projects. This includes orchestrating and leading the first "Lighthouse Project" with each new partner, setting a high standard for successful collaboration and implementation.
  • Defining and enforcing stringent quality standards will be paramount. You will architect and implement a rigorous governance gate mechanism that partners must successfully navigate before proceeding to Go-Live. This might involve setting clear benchmarks, such as requiring partners to successfully pass a defined set of test cases, ensuring a baseline level of competence and readiness.
  • A key philosophy for this role is building bridges, not silos. You will excel at connecting disparate teams and functions, including Sales, Operations, Product Development, and our external Partners. Your ability to synthesize valuable partner insights and feedback will be crucial for fueling our continuous growth strategy and product evolution.
  • You will serve as the ultimate escalation point for partners when standard documentation or support channels prove insufficient. Your role will be to expertly resolve complex blockers, ensuring minimal disruption to partner projects, and critically, to feed the learnings from these escalations back into the "Partner Kit" for continuous improvement and knowledge dissemination.
  • This role requires a strategic thinker who can balance the immediate needs of partner onboarding with the long-term vision of a self-sufficient and highly capable partner ecosystem.
  • You will be at the forefront of scaling our partner program, ensuring that as ecosio grows, our partners can grow with us, delivering exceptional value to our mutual customers.
  • Your success will be measured by the increased adoption rates of our solutions through partners, the reduction in time-to-value for new partner implementations, and a measurable decrease in support ticket volume related to partner onboarding.
  • You will foster a collaborative environment where partners feel supported, empowered, and valued as extensions of the ecosio team.
  • This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of partner enablement within a leading B2B integration service provider, contributing directly to the company's strategic growth objectives.
