  • • As Head of Partnerships & Channel Sales at Flagright Inc., you will lead the strategic development and execution of the company’s partner ecosystem across North America, directly influencing revenue growth and market expansion for an AI-powered financial crime compliance platform trusted by Fortune 500 companies, global banks, and fast-growing fintechs. This role is critical to scaling Flagright’s go-to-market motion through high-impact partnerships that generate qualified pipeline, accelerate deal velocity, and unlock new distribution channels in a high-stakes, regulated industry.
  • • You will own partner-sourced pipeline and revenue outcomes across North America, tracking performance metrics, optimizing partner engagement, and ensuring alignment with sales targets. Day-to-day, you will identify, recruit, and activate strategic partners—including consultancies, system integrators, technology platforms, and industry advisors—while building and maintaining executive-level relationships that drive co-selling motions and joint value creation. You will design and implement structured partner programs, incentives, and enablement frameworks, including training, sales collateral, joint go-to-market campaigns (webinars, events, targeted outreach), and performance tracking systems to ensure partners can effectively represent and sell Flagright’s AI OS for financial crime compliance.
  • • You will collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to identify integration opportunities, translate partner feedback into product insights, and ensure seamless alignment between ecosystem strategy and corporate objectives. As a leader, you will build, mentor, and scale a high-performing Partnerships team, recruiting top talent and establishing a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement. Operating with significant autonomy and direct access to the CEO, you will thrive in Flagright’s lean, high-performance environment where ambiguity is embraced, execution is paramount, and individuals are expected to learn fast, defend their views with conviction, and deliver results without extensive hand-holding.
  • • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in financial crime compliance technology, enterprise SaaS partnership models, and channel sales strategy within regulated financial services markets. You will sharpen your executive presence, negotiation acumen, and cross-functional leadership skills while working alongside elite talent from Y Combinator, AWS, and Palantir. You will have the opportunity to shape a scalable partner engine from the ground up, drive measurable revenue impact, and gain equity in a YC-backed startup solving a critical global problem—all while contributing to a mission-driven culture that values resilience, resourcefulness, and intellectual honesty over comfort or routine.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years of partnerships experience within B2B enterprise SaaS, preferably in fintech, payments, banking, compliance, risk, or financial infrastructure
  • • 2+ years of experience in channel sales and partner enablement
  • • Proven track record of building and scaling high-impact partnerships that drive measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes
  • • Strong strategic thinking with ability to navigate complex stakeholder dynamics and align diverse incentives
  • • Excellent executive presence, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • • Data-driven mindset with ability to measure partnership ROI, analyze performance, and identify optimization levers
  • • Based in New York with right to work in the USA (visa sponsorship not available)
  • • Willing and able to travel up to 50% of the time
