- • As Head of Partnerships & Channel Sales at Flagright Inc., you will lead the strategy and execution of the company’s partner ecosystem in North America, directly influencing revenue growth by generating partner-sourced pipeline and closing deals through high-impact collaborations.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include recruiting and activating high-value partners across consultancies, system integrators, technology platforms, and industry advisors; tracking and optimizing partner performance; developing joint go-to-market initiatives; enabling partners with training and collateral; and driving product integration opportunities that strengthen distribution.
- • Flagright is an AI-powered financial crime compliance platform used by Fortune 500 companies, banks, fintechs, and startups globally. The company operates as a lean, high-performance team with direct access to leadership, a low-bureaucracy culture, and a focus on execution, learning, and continuous improvement.
- • In this role, you will build and scale the partnerships function from the ground up, mentor a team of Partnerships Managers, report directly to the CEO, and gain equity from day one at a Y Combinator-backed startup while shaping Flagright’s long-term growth trajectory in North America.
