- • As Head of People at RevenueCat, you will lead talent and people strategy during a pivotal stage of growth, overseeing both Recruiting and People Operations to support the company’s mission of scaling its monetization platform for mobile apps while maintaining exceptional talent density.
- • You will lead a growing People team including two recruiters, a recruiting coordinator, and two People Operations specialists, with plans to expand, while building and executing recruiting strategy, improving hiring manager effectiveness and candidate experience, partnering with executives on workforce planning and organizational design, evolving performance management and talent development programs, building scalable systems for a globally distributed workforce, partnering with Finance on compensation and headcount planning, leveraging AI-enabled workflows, developing metrics for hiring and organizational health, and strengthening company culture as RevenueCat scales.
- • RevenueCat is a remote-first company of 150+ employees across 25+ countries, guided by values of Customer Obsession, Always Be Shipping, Own It, and Balance, and is the default monetization platform for mobile, processing $12B+ in annual purchase volume and used in over 40% of newly shipped subscription apps.
- • In this role, you will develop strategic leadership capabilities, build a world-class recruiting function from the ground up, gain deep experience in scaling people operations in a high-growth tech environment, and establish yourself as a trusted advisor on talent and organizational matters while helping shape the long-term vision for the People function.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of experience across recruiting, talent acquisition, people operations, or broader people leadership roles
- • Experience building and scaling teams within high-growth technology companies
- • Strong recruiting experience, particularly within technical organizations
- • Experience partnering directly with executives on talent and organizational decisions
- • Experience managing and developing teams
- • Strong communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills
