📋 Description
- • As Head of People Business Partners at BlaBlaCar, you lead the People Partners function and serve as the primary interface between the HRBP team and the SVP People, ensuring HR advisory quality across all business units and geographies.
- • You translate business priorities into human capital strategies, maintain workforce cost discipline, and lead or oversee large-scale transformation projects when they arise.
- • BlaBlaCar is the world’s leading community-based travel app with 27 million annual members across 21 countries, employing 800 people from over 50 nationalities across 5 global offices, with 30% working fully remotely.
- • You will help ensure every people decision is grounded in business reality and consistent people principles while developing a high-performing, aligned, and operationally sharp team of senior HRBPs.
