📋 Description

• • As Head of People (Global) at Bjak Sdn. Bhd., you will own and operate the full spectrum of human resources across a rapidly growing, globally distributed organization spanning Malaysia, Thailand, Japan, Indonesia, Hong Kong, China, the UK, and the US. This role is critical to scaling the company’s people function in alignment with its mission to build superior application platforms that drive efficiency and societal impact.
• • You will be hands-on in leading end-to-end HR functions including talent acquisition, HR business partnering, employee engagement, learning and development, payroll, compensation and benefits, and HR operations. Your day-to-day will involve personally driving hiring for technical, commercial, and corporate roles, partnering with founders on organizational design and performance management, and acting as a trusted advisor to managers on people-related issues.
• • You will join a dense, high-performing team of engineers and product experts in a flat, execution-focused organization where everyone is expected to contribute directly to the mission. The company values autonomy, ownership, and practical problem-solving over bureaucracy.
