  • • As the Head of Product for Bloom, Sword Health's groundbreaking women's health solution, you will be at the forefront of a revolution in healthcare. You will spearhead the strategic vision, roadmap, and execution for a product that is already transforming the lives of thousands of women across the U.S. and has the potential to impact millions more globally. This is a unique opportunity to lead an innovative, user-centric product that seamlessly blends cutting-edge AI with essential clinical expertise, ensuring an engaging experience that drives high patient engagement and demonstrably improves women’s health outcomes.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be to define and champion the product strategy for Bloom, aligning it with Sword Health's overarching mission of shifting healthcare from human-first to AI-first. This involves deep market analysis, understanding competitive landscapes, identifying unmet needs within women's health, and translating these insights into a compelling product vision. You will be the ultimate owner of the Bloom product lifecycle, from ideation and development through to launch and continuous iteration.
  • • You will lead and mentor a talented team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making. This includes setting clear goals, providing constructive feedback, and empowering your team to deliver exceptional results. Your leadership will be instrumental in nurturing talent and ensuring the team's success in navigating the complexities of the digital health space.
  • • A critical aspect of your role will be to deeply understand our users – women at various stages of their lives – and advocate for their needs. You will conduct user research, analyze user feedback, and translate qualitative and quantitative data into actionable product requirements. This user-centric approach will ensure that Bloom remains intuitive, supportive, and effective in addressing the diverse health journeys of our members.
  • • You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, clinical operations, and data science, to bring the product vision to life. This involves building strong relationships, facilitating clear communication, and ensuring alignment across all stakeholders. Your ability to influence and drive consensus will be key to successful product development and launch.
  • • You will be responsible for defining and tracking key product metrics and KPIs, such as user engagement, retention, health outcomes, and customer satisfaction. Using data to inform product decisions, identify areas for improvement, and measure the impact of new features will be paramount. You will present these insights to senior leadership, demonstrating the value and progress of the Bloom product.
  • • You will oversee the product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives based on strategic impact, user needs, and business objectives. This includes managing the product backlog, defining user stories, and working closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product enhancements.
  • • You will identify and evaluate new opportunities for product expansion and innovation within the women's health space, staying abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and clinical best practices. This forward-thinking approach will ensure Bloom remains at the cutting edge of digital health solutions.
  • • You will contribute to the go-to-market strategy for Bloom, working with marketing and sales teams to effectively communicate the product's value proposition and drive adoption. This includes understanding market positioning and competitive differentiation.
  • • You will be a key advocate for the Bloom product internally and externally, representing the product vision and strategy to various audiences, including investors, partners, and the broader healthcare community.
  • • Your work will directly contribute to Sword Health's mission of making world-class healthcare accessible and affordable, leveraging AI to improve patient outcomes and reduce costs for payers and employers. You will be part of a company that is backed by significant funding, extensive clinical validation, and a strong portfolio of patents, positioning you to make a substantial impact in the rapidly evolving digital health landscape.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven track record of successfully defining and launching innovative digital health products, with a strong emphasis on user-centric design and data-driven decision-making.
  • • Deep understanding of the women's health landscape, including key challenges, patient journeys, and market opportunities.
  • • Experience leading and mentoring product management teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • • Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex user needs and business requirements into actionable product roadmaps.
  • • Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus across diverse teams and levels of an organization.

🏖️ Benefits

  • • Opportunity to lead a high-impact product in the rapidly growing digital health and women's health space.
  • • Competitive salary and equity package.

  • • Generous paid time off and holidays.
