📋 Description

• As Head of Product at Ruby Labs Ltd., you will own the end-to-end performance of the company’s subscription product, with a primary focus on driving a 15% quarter-over-quarter increase in ARPU (Average Revenue Per User). This role is critical to the company’s growth strategy, as you will be responsible for shaping product vision, optimizing monetization levers, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact features that directly influence revenue and user engagement. Your leadership will extend beyond traditional product management into operational ownership, giving you autonomy to refine processes and drive efficiency across the product lifecycle.
• On a day-to-day basis, you will: define and execute the product roadmap with a laser focus on revenue growth and speed to market; lead cross-functional teams in the design, development, and launch of new features and enhancements; oversee end-to-end release processes to ensure timely delivery and measurable ARPU impact; use data-driven insights from user behavior, market research, and segmentation to prioritize high-revenue-potential initiatives; establish and improve product development processes to maximize team velocity, quality, and alignment with business goals; make strategic decisions on resource allocation to optimize ROI; foster a performance-driven culture rooted in accountability, rapid iteration, and results-oriented execution; and ensure full alignment between product strategy, ARPU targets, and broader organizational objectives through clear communication and stakeholder engagement.

• In this role, you will have the opportunity to directly influence the financial trajectory of a scaling subscription business, gaining deep expertise in monetization strategies, retention optimization, and lifecycle management for recurring revenue models. You will sharpen your leadership skills by building and mentoring high-performing teams, driving operational excellence, and delivering measurable results at speed. Success in this position will position you as a strategic product leader with a proven ability to grow ARPU in competitive markets, opening doors to senior leadership roles in product, growth, or general management within high-growth tech environments.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record working on subscription-based digital products
• Demonstrated success in improving ARPU and/or ARPPU metrics, supported by clear, quantifiable outcomes
• Advanced understanding of retention metrics, churn reduction strategies, and lifecycle optimization for recurring revenue models
• Strong analytical skills, with experience leveraging user behavior analysis, market research, and segmentation to inform product decisions and strategy
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact features at speed while promoting operational excellence
• Outstanding communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
