• • As Head of Product and AI Innovation at H&L POS, you will lead the evolution of the company’s product platform and drive the practical integration of AI across the business to deliver measurable commercial impact. This dual mandate focuses on building and shipping customer-valued products while deploying AI to make operations faster, leaner, and more competitive.
• • Day to day, you will own end-to-end product strategy and roadmap, prototype and ship AI-powered solutions, engage directly with hospitality customers to validate product assumptions, audit internal workflows for AI automation opportunities, and lead cross-functional teams to align on AI-driven business outcomes.
• • H&L POS is a well-established provider of point-of-sale and business management solutions for the hospitality and food & beverage sectors, with over 30 years of industry experience and a platform used by hotels, restaurants, bars, clubs, and event venues worldwide. The company is now pursuing a strategic transformation centered on AI innovation under the leadership of the Managing Director.
