  • • As Head of Product and Strategy at ROB’E, you will play a pivotal role in transforming an AI-powered robotic echocardiography platform from early clinical proof-of-concept into a globally scalable MedTech company, working directly with physician-founders to shape the future of cardiac imaging.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities include driving company strategy and business modeling, leading product development from clinical needs to design freeze and product-market fit, advancing clinical validation and regulatory pathways (CE/FDA), managing fundraising and investor relations, building strategic industry partnerships, and supporting organizational scaling through hiring, KPI establishment, and culture building.
  • • ROB’E is an early-stage MedTech venture founded by cardiologists Dr. Jury Schewel and Dr. Dimitry Schewel at Marienkrankenhaus Hamburg, backed by NLC Health Ventures, with milestones including first-in-human use of its robotic TEE system, a strategic imaging partnership, and strong clinical validation—now entering a critical phase of product development, clinical validation, and fundraising.
  • • In this role, you will gain end-to-end ownership of strategy, product, and company building, develop deep expertise in MedTech commercialization and regulatory pathways, build relationships with leading investors and clinical KOLs, and position yourself for a clear path to CEO based on performance and mutual fit, all while contributing to a breakthrough technology aimed at improving patient care in structural heart interventions.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5–15+ years of experience in MedTech, HealthTech, or medical robotics
  • • Experience in product development and commercialization
  • • Familiarity with medical device development (Class I–III)
  • • Exposure to clinical studies and regulatory processes (CE/FDA)
  • • Experience with fundraising or investor interactions
  • • Fluent in English (German is a plus)
