  • As the Head of Product Growth (Referrals & Viral Loops) at AIOS, you will be instrumental in engineering the viral growth engine for Europe's fastest-growing healthcare company. This pivotal role is designed for an individual who thrives on scaling user acquisition through innovative product strategies, with a primary objective of achieving a 30-Day K Factor exceeding 0.3. You will be at the forefront of transforming AIOS from its current 100k active customers to a projected 10 million by 2030, directly impacting the company's ambitious mission to become the world's first trillion-dollar healthcare company by vertically integrating AI-driven patient care.
  • Your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass a broad spectrum of growth-focused product initiatives. Initially, you will take ownership of the existing referral program, tasked with its complete overhaul and transformation into a sophisticated viral growth system. This will involve leading a dedicated team of engineering and design professionals, collaborating closely with the CEO, and adopting an agile approach to daily shipping and aggressive experimentation. You will leverage AI tools to accelerate prototyping and development cycles, pushing the boundaries of what's typically achievable. As your influence grows, your scope will expand to encompass all product surfaces that can drive viral growth, including but not limited to referral programs, invite loops, user-generated content (UGC) strategies, social sharing mechanisms, gifting initiatives, and the optimization of freemium or pre-conversion product experiences. You will be empowered to explore unconventional ideas and build a high-performing team to execute these strategies.
  • You will be part of a dynamic, founder-led startup environment where innovation and rapid execution are paramount. AIOS is building the first vertically integrated AI doctor in Europe, currently experiencing over 10x year-over-year growth and achieving profitability. The company's master plan involves scaling to $1Bn/yr in Europe by 2026, expanding to $10Bn/yr by blitzscaling across the top 10 EU markets, and ultimately reaching $100Bn/yr by vertically integrating across agentic patient care, autonomous prescribing, robotic dispensing, and dark factory manufacturing. This ambitious vision is driven by the imperative to replace marginal human time with AI to serve 100 million patients worldwide by 2035 and deliver next-generation healthcare products at mass scale for low cost.
  • In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to act as a founder-builder, operating with a high degree of autonomy and shaping the future of product growth at AIOS. You will gain invaluable experience in architecting and executing complex growth strategies in a hyper-growth D2C environment. Success in this position will position you as a leading candidate for future executive roles, such as Chief Product Officer (CPO) or Chief Growth Officer (CGO), as the company continues its rapid expansion. You will learn to think of distribution as an intrinsic product problem, develop a keen sense for consumer psychology and product taste, and master the art of creating compelling loops that naturally encourage user sharing and advocacy. The role demands a proactive approach to experimentation, a deep understanding of consumer behavior, and the ability to translate strategic vision into tangible product outcomes, all within a culture that values speed, integrity, and relentless pursuit of excellence.
  • The core mission of your role is to engineer viral loops that empower existing customers to attract new ones, with the primary metric being the 30-Day K Factor. This involves a deep dive into the current referral program, followed by rapid iteration and experimentation to optimize its effectiveness, potentially involving a complete rebuild of its foundational elements. You will focus on 'Pull Virality,' designing product experiences that inherently become more valuable when users invite friends, and 'Push Virality,' transforming offline customer interactions into powerful marketing touchpoints. Activating user-generated content (UGC) by encouraging the sharing of customer stories, screenshots, milestones, and before/after results will be crucial. Furthermore, you will explore innovative ways to leverage the product itself as a marketing tool, particularly within the freemium experience, to draw users into the AIOS ecosystem. The goal is to foster organic word-of-mouth (WoM) by creating moments of delight and cultivating a strong sense of tribal affinity among users, compelling them to spontaneously share their positive experiences. A critical aspect of this role is ensuring comprehensive analytics tracking for all growth initiatives, including owning the decision-making process for the analytics stack and guiding its implementation. The target for the 30-Day K Factor is 0.30 by the end of Q1 2026, with a base target of 0.17 and a stretch goal of 0.42. Secondary KPIs include achieving a UK Monthly Net Referral Rate of 25% (target) by Q1 2026, with a base of 16% and a stretch of 30%. Tertiary KPIs focus on increasing Advocate Share to 25%, Referral Frequency to an average of 2 Net Referrals per Advocate, reducing the Avg Days to First Referral, and increasing the percentage of new customers who share their referral link within 1000 seconds of purchase to 1.21% by April 2026. This comprehensive approach ensures a data-driven strategy for sustained and exponential growth.
