📋 Description

• • As Head of Product for GTM Experiences at Toast, you will lead the transformation of onboarding, support, and product-led growth into intelligent, AI-native systems that drive activation, expansion, retention, and measurable revenue impact.
• • You will redesign onboarding, support, and growth strategies in the context of AI, own key performance goals including activation and retention, build rigorous experimentation frameworks, and use AI to reimagine customer journeys to drive adoption and growth.
• • You will lead and scale high-performing teams while partnering deeply with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Customer Support to align cross-functional initiatives.
