- • As the Head of Product at Voize Inc., you will be instrumental in defining and executing the strategic vision for our innovative SaaS/AI platform, directly impacting the lives of frontline workers by freeing up their time for more meaningful interactions. This is a leadership role where you will not only own the product roadmap but also build and scale a high-performing product organization, ensuring our multi-vertical platform evolves to meet the dynamic needs of our diverse customer base.
- • Your primary mission is to delight our users and optimize operational processes through exceptional product development. You will act as the crucial bridge connecting our customers, engineering teams, and go-to-market functions. This cross-functional collaboration is key to ensuring that the products we build deliver tangible business value, balancing the imperative for speed with an unwavering commitment to quality.
- • A significant part of your role will involve leading and scaling the current product organization, which comprises six members, with a clear objective to expand it to over ten individuals within the next twelve months. This growth will require strategic hiring, effective mentorship, and the development of specialized vertical product teams, cultivating the next generation of product leadership talent within Voize.
- • You will be responsible for owning and driving the execution of the product roadmap, translating high-level strategy into actionable plans and ensuring timely delivery of features and enhancements. This involves meticulous planning, resource allocation, and performance monitoring to keep the product development cycle on track.
- • Establishing and nurturing tight feedback loops with our customers and internal cross-functional teams is paramount. This continuous stream of insights will enable rapid iteration, ensuring that our product development is always aligned with user needs and market demands, fostering a culture of agility and responsiveness.
- • A core responsibility will be to define, implement, and refine scalable product processes, tools, and systems. This includes establishing best practices for product discovery, development, launch, and iteration, ensuring that our product organization operates with maximum efficiency and effectiveness as we grow.
- • You will play a critical role in ensuring that product quality directly contributes to operational efficiency and enhances customer satisfaction. This involves setting high standards for product reliability, usability, and performance, and working closely with engineering and operations to achieve them.
- • As a hands-on leader, you will be expected to dive into the details, actively shaping the product playbook and contributing to the day-to-day execution where necessary.
