We are experiencing hyper-growth, significantly accelerated by a recent $190 million Series C funding round, and are seeking a visionary Head of Product Management to lead and scale our product management function.
• • In this pivotal leadership role, reporting directly to the Chief Technical & Product Officer, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of Blackpoint's product portfolio. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute comprehensive product strategies, meticulously craft and manage the product roadmap, and foster seamless cross-functional collaboration to deliver cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions specifically designed for Managed Service Providers (MSPs).
• • This is a high-impact opportunity for a seasoned product leader who possesses the unique ability to be both hands-on and strategically minded. You will thrive in our fast-paced, mission-driven environment, driving innovation and ensuring our products meet the evolving needs of the cybersecurity landscape.
• • Key responsibilities will encompass the entire product lifecycle. You will be tasked with developing, evolving, and driving the overarching portfolio strategy across all of Blackpoint's product offerings. This involves conducting in-depth market, competitive, and customer analysis to identify emerging opportunities and make informed, strategic investment decisions.
• • You will lead the complete product lifecycle, from the initial spark of ideation through to successful launch and ongoing post-launch adoption. This requires a deep understanding of user needs and market dynamics, translating them into tangible product features and enhancements.
• • Close partnership with our Engineering, Architecture, Security Operations Center (SOC), and Data Science teams will be crucial for the successful execution of roadmap commitments. You will work collaboratively to prioritize and plan features, meticulously balancing business impact, customer value, platform scalability, and the strategic imperative of global expansion.
• • Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) for product performance is essential. You will define and track metrics such as adoption rates, Net Promoter Score (NPS), user engagement, customer retention, and contribution to Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), ensuring our products deliver measurable business outcomes.
• • Maintaining direct, meaningful relationships with our MSP partners is a cornerstone of this role. You will immerse yourself in understanding their operational workflows, pain points, and unique challenges, ensuring our product development is deeply aligned with their needs.
• • Collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Client Success teams is vital to guarantee robust product enablement and drive successful adoption among our customer base. You will act as a product evangelist, ensuring all customer-facing teams are equipped with the knowledge and resources to effectively represent and support our offerings.
