📋 Description

• • Own the end-to-end product vision and strategy for Welltech’s internal payment platform, defining roadmap priorities and long-term objectives aligned with company-wide growth goals.
• • Drive checkout optimization initiatives through A/B testing, user behavior analysis, and conversion rate improvement strategies to maximize revenue and reduce friction in the payment flow.
• • Build and scale the internal payment platform to support evolving business needs, including new payment methods, currencies, tax regulations, and regional compliance requirements.
• • Define measurable product timelines, quarterly goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs) in close alignment with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• • Create and maintain detailed product roadmaps that communicate feature priorities, dependencies, and delivery timelines to engineering, design, finance, and operations teams.
• • Lead product launch planning from concept to release, setting clear expectations for feature delivery, stakeholder communication, and post-launch performance tracking.
• • Establish and embed a data-driven product culture by defining success metrics, monitoring feature performance post-launch, and using analytics to guide iterative improvements.
• • Collaborate with engineering, design, finance, legal, and customer support teams to align product development with technical feasibility, user experience, and regulatory standards.
• • Conduct competitive analysis of third-party payment solutions and internal product benchmarks to identify market opportunities, threats, and innovation gaps.
• • Expand the capabilities of the core payment platform by launching complementary products such as subscription management, refund automation, or billing dashboards.
• • Serve as the primary liaison between Welltech and external payment providers, coordinating integration timelines, compliance audits, and API upgrades.
• • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Payment Product Managers, setting performance expectations, providing feedback, and fostering career growth within the product organization.
• • Communicate product changes, strategic shifts, and launch updates to all internal stakeholders including executives, regional teams, and support staff.
• • Ensure full compliance with PCI DSS standards across the payment infrastructure and maintain ongoing adherence to evolving financial regulations in operating regions.
• • Balance short-term execution needs with long-term strategic initiatives to ensure sustainable platform scalability and resilience under rapid growth conditions.
• • Advocate for user-centric design and seamless financial experiences across all Welltech consumer apps (Muscle Booster, Yoga-Go, WalkFit) by aligning payment functionality with wellness product goals.
• • Evaluate and prioritize product ideas based on business impact, technical complexity, and customer feedback to maintain focus on high-leverage initiatives.
• • Monitor payment success rates, decline reasons, chargeback trends, and fraud patterns to inform product improvements and risk mitigation strategies.
