Head of Product Strategy & GTM - Auto Integrate

📋 Description

• • As Head of Product Strategy & GTM for Auto Integrate, you will serve as chief of staff to the business unit president and own product strategy and go-to-market for Fleetio’s proprietary maintenance authorization network, driving growth and monetization in a high-impact, entrepreneurial role.
• • You will define and execute 3-year growth strategy, lead pricing and packaging decisions, and partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Operations to launch products, drive adoption, and hit revenue targets across self-serve, inside sales, and field motions.
• • You will operate within Fleetio, a modern fleet operations platform serving thousands of organizations worldwide, which acquired Auto Integrate in 2025 and combines SaaS scale with niche market agility, backed by $450M in Series D funding and a strong engineering culture as a Rails Foundation founding member.
• • You will develop executive dashboards, KPI frameworks, and financial models; translate market insights into product requirements; build pricing models using unit economics and elasticity analysis; and create executive-ready reporting to influence board-level strategy and drive measurable business outcomes.
