- • As Head of RevOps at Candid Health Inc., you will build and lead the Sales Operations function from the ground up, establishing the operational backbone that enables scalable, predictable growth across all go-to-market (GTM) teams. This role is critical to aligning sales, marketing, product, finance, and legal around shared goals, ensuring that compensation structures, forecasting accuracy, and system integrations directly support revenue targets and strategic initiatives in a high-growth healthcare technology environment.
- • You will own end-to-end sales operations including quota setting, commission design and administration, sales forecasting, territory planning, and quarterly/annual operating plan execution, ensuring that GTM teams have the clarity, incentives, and data they need to perform at peak levels while maintaining financial integrity and compliance.
- • You will serve as a strategic partner to Finance on revenue recognition, invoicing, and compensation modeling; collaborate with Legal on contract standardization, NDA workflows, and deal enablement; and work with Marketing and Product to align pricing strategies, product feature rollouts, and go-to-market motions, ensuring seamless handoffs and consistent customer experiences across the lifecycle.
- • You will define, optimize, and govern the GTM technology stack — including CRM (Salesforce), forecasting tools, reporting platforms, and automation systems — ensuring data integrity, user adoption, and actionable insights, while partnering with Engineering only when technical depth is required, keeping operational ownership firmly within RevOps, Finance, or Sales.
- • You will hire, coach, and develop a high-performing Sales Operations team, fostering a culture of accountability, curiosity, and continuous improvement, while mentoring analysts and specialists to elevate their impact on strategic decision-making and operational excellence.
- • You will deliver proactive, executive-level reporting and insights — transforming complex data into clear narratives that inform board presentations, executive strategy sessions, and real-time course corrections — enabling leadership to anticipate risks, capitalize on opportunities, and drive sustainable growth with confidence.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations with demonstrated depth in sales planning, forecasting, compensation design, and GTM reporting in high-growth environments.
- • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders across Product, Finance, Legal, and Marketing without direct authority, using data-driven storytelling and collaborative problem-solving.
- • Deep proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for financial modeling, scenario analysis, and executive communication, coupled with hands-on experience designing and implementing GTM tech stacks (CRM, forecasting, reporting tools) and ensuring data integrity and user adoption.
