- • As the Head of Sales at Snowball Digital, you will be the founding sales leader responsible for building and scaling the sales function from the ground up, turning overwhelming inbound demand from major global brands into sustainable, long-term revenue growth by establishing a high-performing sales team and process that aligns with Snowball’s innovative YouTube-first approach to owned media.
- • You will own the full sales cycle — from identifying and prioritizing high-potential brand prospects through strategic outreach, discovery, proposal development, negotiation, and closing — while consistently hitting aggressive revenue targets and ensuring every client engagement reflects Snowball’s unique value proposition of building evergreen, audience-driven YouTube content that outperforms paid media.
- • You will build, lead, and mentor a growing sales team focused on top-of-funnel pipeline generation, establishing clear processes, playbooks, and performance metrics to scale outreach effectiveness while fostering a culture of hustle, strategic thinking, and client-centric selling.
- • You will deeply immerse yourself in Snowball’s proprietary methodology — rooted in behavioral research, creative storytelling, and long-form content programming — to authentically communicate how YouTube can be leveraged as a strategic owned channel, not just an ad buy, and translate complex media strategies into compelling, client-focused pitches.
- • You will collaborate closely with the founding leadership and strategy teams to co-create winning proposals, refine go-to-market tactics, and ensure sales insights directly inform product and service evolution, positioning Snowball as the definitive partner for brands seeking to dominate YouTube organically.
- • In this role, you will have the rare opportunity to shape the commercial engine of a fast-growing, founder-led YouTube agency backed by a team with over 110 billion collective views and proven success transforming brands like Proton Privacy and niche B2B players into YouTube powerhouses — directly impacting how the world’s biggest companies think about content, audience, and long-term brand building.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or go-to-market (GTM) roles with a proven track record of owning the full sales cycle from initial outreach to deal closure.
- • Demonstrated success in building and scaling a sales function and team, including hiring, onboarding, mentoring, and establishing repeatable sales processes and performance metrics.
- • Strong outbound sales instincts with a proactive, hustle-driven mindset and the ability to persuasively close complex, high-value deals with enterprise-level brands.
- • Strategic thinking skills to articulate a compelling vision and sell the long-term value of innovative media strategies, particularly in the context of YouTube as an owned channel.
- • Deep passion for YouTube, digital content creation, and the evolving future of media, with the ability to authentically advocate for Snowball’s unique approach.
- • Bonus: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma or Photoshop to better collaborate with creative teams and understand client-facing deliverables.
