  • • Lead the end-to-end strategy and execution of OnePay’s social media and influencer marketing programs to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement across all major platforms.
  • • Rebuild and redefine OnePay’s social presence with a modern, platform-specific brand voice and content identity that resonates with millions of American consumers.
  • • Design and implement content planning frameworks, trend forecasting systems, editorial calendars, and workflow processes to scale output while maintaining quality and brand consistency.
  • • Oversee the creation of high-impact, thumb-stopping social content designed to spark conversation, drive virality, and align with broader brand storytelling and campaign moments.
  • • Manage influencer partnerships and social-first collaborations, selecting, negotiating with, and activating creators across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
  • • Leverage data analytics to guide content decisions, optimize resource allocation, identify emerging trends, and measure ROI across all social channels.
  • • Build and maintain executive-level reporting dashboards that track KPIs, channel performance, and strategic impact for senior leadership.
  • • Lead, develop, and expand a team of producers, channel managers, and influencer managers, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • • Manage relationships with external social media and influencer agencies, ensuring alignment, execution quality, and budget accountability.
  • • Partner directly with Google, Meta, TikTok, and other platform teams to stay ahead of product updates, beta features, algorithm changes, and new measurement capabilities.
  • • Pioneer AI-powered campaign automation tools and test innovative creative strategies that are not yet adopted by competitors or industry benchmarks.
  • • Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Product, Performance Marketing, and Compliance teams to ensure social initiatives reinforce overall business objectives and regulatory standards.
  • • Serve as the strategic owner of social channel inventory expansion, scaling content output and distribution while maintaining platform-specific authenticity.
  • • Communicate program vision, performance insights, and strategic direction to C-suite and executive leadership with clarity and data-backed rationale.
  • • Drive a culture of experimentation, rapid iteration, and data-informed decision-making where failure is part of learning and speed is prioritized over perfection.
  • • Build a rigorous analytics discipline across platforms to standardize measurement, attribution, and optimization practices throughout the social team.
  • • Operate with urgency and ownership in a high-growth, fast-moving environment where decisions are made quickly and impact is measurable within weeks.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 10+ years of experience in social media, content, or digital marketing within consumer brands
  • • Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing social and content programs that drive measurable growth
  • • Deep understanding of platform dynamics, creator ecosystems, and cultural resonance across major social channels
  • • Experience leading teams and building fast-moving, high-output content operations
  • • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills to influence Brand, Growth, Product, and Compliance stakeholders
  • • AI fluency in daily marketing workflows
