- • As the Head of Solution Architecture at Huble, you will be instrumental in shaping and leading our Solution Architecture practice, a critical function that ensures the delivery of scalable, innovative, and high-quality technical solutions for our diverse client base. This multifaceted role demands a unique blend of technical acumen, strategic people management, and meticulous operational oversight. You will be at the forefront of defining how our architecture team conceptualizes, designs, and implements solutions, with a primary focus on the HubSpot CRM platform and its surrounding front-office technology ecosystem.
- • Your leadership will extend to a dedicated team of Solution Architects and Pod Leads. A core responsibility will be to foster their professional development, providing mentorship and guidance to help them excel. Simultaneously, you will be tasked with establishing robust standards, comprehensive frameworks, and best practices that empower the team to consistently achieve and exceed client expectations, driving exceptional outcomes.
- • You will actively participate in client engagements, taking a leading role in pre-sales scoping activities and the intricate design of complex solutions. This hands-on involvement ensures that our architectural approach is not only technically sound and future-proof but also commercially viable and aligned with client business objectives.

- • Key responsibilities include leading and nurturing Huble’s Solution Architecture team, offering mentorship to Solution Architects and Pod Leads to foster their growth and expertise. You will define, implement, and maintain architecture standards, frameworks, and documentation, ensuring a consistent and high level of delivery quality across all projects.
- • You will be responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of scalable client solutions, meticulously built around the HubSpot platform and integrated technology ecosystems. Close collaboration with delivery teams will be essential to guarantee that architectural designs seamlessly align with client business objectives and adhere to implementation constraints.
- • As a senior escalation point, you will address and resolve complex client delivery challenges, leveraging your extensive experience to find effective solutions. You will work in tandem with pre-sales and consulting teams to accurately scope solutions and provide critical support in proposal development, ensuring technical feasibility and strategic alignment.
- • Ensuring the team meets quoting Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and actively supporting commercial growth opportunities within existing client accounts will be a key performance indicator. Furthermore, you will proactively identify opportunities to enhance and evolve Huble’s architecture methodologies and overall delivery processes, driving efficiency and innovation.
- • You will champion the adoption of new technologies and innovative approaches, including the strategic integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) within our architecture practice. Maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with HubSpot and other strategic technology partners will be crucial for staying abreast of platform developments and best practices.
