- • Research unfamiliar domains from scratch, structure complex problems, and produce actionable outputs that drive multi-million dollar initiatives forward.
- • Operate AI-first: fluently leverage modern AI tools to automate workflows, accelerate development, and build solutions that would have previously required months of manual effort.
- • Work across functions including product, engineering, clinical, operations, legal, and finance, moving where the project demands without waiting for formal authority.
- • Make decisions under uncertainty with incomplete information, commit to a path, and adjust quickly based on real-world feedback and results.
- • Write clearly and structurally to translate ambiguous, high-stakes situations into aligned, actionable plans that leadership can execute.

🎯 Requirements
- • STEM degree in computer science, engineering, math, physics, biology, chemistry, or a comparable technical field with proven hands-on work experience
- • 7–10 years of experience owning and driving hard, ambiguous, high-stakes projects to completion
- • Demonstrated history of building and shipping real products, companies, business lines, or technical systems from scratch
- • Fluency in using modern AI tools to build, automate, and ship work faster than traditional methods
- • Strong written communication skills with a portfolio of clear, structured, and actionable written work
- • Deeply mission-driven, with genuine belief in preventive healthcare and early cancer detection as a critical societal priority
