- • Lead and oversee CRM strategy across 50+ sports-related projects, ensuring alignment with business growth objectives.
- • Manage, mentor, and scale a high-performing CRM team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- • Define and implement CRM best practices to drive customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value across all sports verticals.
- • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Analytics, and Technology teams to integrate CRM initiatives with broader business goals and campaigns.
- • Monitor CRM performance metrics, establish KPIs, and ensure continuous optimization of customer lifecycle marketing efforts.
- • Drive data-driven decision-making by leveraging CRM platforms to analyze customer behavior, segment audiences, and personalize communications.
- • Act as the primary point of ownership for CRM strategy within the organization, translating insights into actionable campaigns and retention programs.
- • Work directly with sports clients and internal stakeholders to tailor CRM solutions to the unique dynamics of sports fandom, ticketing, merchandise, and digital engagement.
- • Ensure all CRM activities comply with data privacy standards and industry regulations while maximizing customer experience and conversion rates.
- • Identify opportunities for automation, personalization, and scalability within CRM workflows to improve efficiency and impact across multiple sports projects.
