📋 Description

• We are looking for a Head of Strategy and Product to join our team at BJAK Sdn. Bhd. in Sydney, Australia.
• The original mission of BJAK is to provide people with smarter ways to plan, save, and grow their money.

• The role will involve working closely with core teams on the highest impact initiatives across engineering, product, hiring, operations, and business development.
• As the company grows, you'll help solve new challenges, build new capabilities, and drive execution wherever it matters most.
• We're looking for people who learn quickly, think deeply, and enjoy solving difficult problems in a fast-moving environment.
• The role will involve driving high-priority initiatives across the business, working with leadership to solve business and product challenges, building new teams, processes, and capabilities as the company grows, and leading cross-functional projects from planning through execution.
• We're looking for strong problem-solving skills and business judgment, ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges, comfortable working across different business functions, strong ownership and execution skills, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• This role is not for people who only want to attend meetings, candidates who cannot follow up aggressively and professionally, those who need fixed scope and slow timelines, people who avoid messy cross-functional problems, and people who produce long updates without clear decisions or next actions.
• The role is remote, but candidates must be based in Australia.
• English is our main working language across global teams, and strong English communication is required.
• Our interview process is designed to move fast, with online assessment or practical task, role-specific interview, and CEO/final round.
