📋 Description

• We are looking for a Head of Strategy and Product to join our team at BJAK Sdn. Bhd. in Thailand.
• The original mission of BJAK is to provide smarter ways for people to plan, save, and grow their money.
• We have teams working around the world, with over 20 nationalities from our offices and remotely.
• We are looking for talented and driven individuals who enjoy their work, love building great next-generation products, and care about redefining how everyone can get the best financial applications.
• As the company grows, you'll help solve new challenges, build new capabilities, and drive execution wherever it matters most.
• You will work closely with core teams on the highest impact initiatives across engineering, product, hiring, operations, and business development.
• We're looking for people who learn quickly, think deeply, and enjoy solving difficult problems in a fast-moving environment.
• You will drive high-priority initiatives across the business, work with leadership to solve business and product challenges, build new teams, processes, and capabilities, and lead cross-functional projects from planning through execution.
• You will research new markets, products, and business opportunities, improve how we operate by identifying problems and implementing practical solutions, and take ownership of projects and deliver meaningful business outcomes.
