- • Lead the design, execution, and monitoring of strategic initiatives that align with Wintermute’s ambitious growth milestones across digital asset markets.
- • Own the development and scaling of core business functions including process optimization, operational infrastructure, and cross-departmental alignment under the COO’s office.
- • Collaborate directly with trading, technology, compliance, finance, and product teams to identify bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions for global operations.
- • Drive data-informed decision-making by analyzing key performance metrics, market trends, and operational efficiency indicators to inform strategic priorities.
- • Co-design and implement new organizational structures, workflows, and governance frameworks to support Wintermute’s rapid expansion and evolving market position.
- • Act as a key liaison between executive leadership and operational teams to ensure strategic objectives are clearly communicated and effectively executed.
- • Manage high-priority cross-functional projects from concept to delivery, including resource allocation, timeline management, and stakeholder alignment.
- • Contribute to the development of Wintermute’s long-term roadmap by evaluating emerging opportunities in DeFi, institutional crypto adoption, and blockchain ecosystem growth.
- • Maintain deep familiarity with Wintermute’s trading platforms, OTC desk operations, and liquidity provision models to ensure strategic initiatives are grounded in operational reality.
- • Build and nurture relationships with over 2,000 counterparties including crypto-native firms and traditional financial institutions to support strategic partnerships and market expansion.
- • Champion a culture of operational excellence by embedding best practices from high-frequency trading firms into Wintermute’s startup environment.
- • Regularly present strategic updates, progress reports, and risk assessments directly to the COO and senior leadership team.
- • Identify and lead initiatives that strengthen Wintermute’s position as a leader in algorithmic trading and crypto liquidity provision.
- • Adapt quickly to shifting market conditions and regulatory landscapes to ensure operational agility and strategic resilience.
- • Support the company’s investments, partnerships, and incubation efforts by providing strategic analysis and operational support to emerging ventures.
- • Maintain a hands-on, execution-focused approach — no task is too small or too large when it comes to scaling a global crypto-native firm.
