- • In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in designing and implementing a recruiting engine that is not only fast and data-driven but also operates with a mindset of continuous improvement. Your mandate is to embed this intelligent talent acquisition function directly into the operational rhythm of CSC Generation, ensuring it aligns seamlessly with the Genesis platform's overarching mission to replace manual processes with intelligent automation.
- • This is a high-ownership, hands-on leadership position where your strategic vision and execution will have a direct and measurable impact on the business. You will report directly to the Chief Administrative Officer and collaborate closely with brand CEOs and platform leaders to build the exceptional teams that drive the success of our growing portfolio.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to develop and lead a talent acquisition function that fundamentally rethinks traditional recruiting methodologies. This involves a deep and practical fluency in AI tooling and automation, moving beyond basic productivity enhancements to fundamentally rewire how we source candidates, conduct assessments, and secure top talent.
- • You will be expected to identify, evaluate, and implement AI-powered tools and platforms that can optimize every stage of the recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate outreach and engagement to interview scheduling, candidate experience, and data analysis.
- • This role demands a proactive approach to building talent pipelines for critical roles across our brands and platform functions, anticipating future hiring needs and developing strategies to attract passive candidates in competitive markets.
- • You will establish and refine key performance indicators (KPIs) for the talent acquisition function, using data analytics to track progress, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement in efficiency, quality of hire, and candidate experience.
- • Developing and nurturing strong relationships with hiring managers across the organization will be crucial. You will act as a strategic partner, providing insights and guidance on talent market trends, compensation, and effective interviewing techniques.
- • You will be responsible for building and mentoring a high-performing talent acquisition team, fostering a culture of innovation, data-driven decision-making, and exceptional candidate care.

🎯 Requirements
